Afternoon Teresa,

A great looking calendar as usual. I’ll be attending as many as possibly as usual.

The meals are a firm yes along with Stanford Hall and Spikes camping get together. Will also try to stretch to Kimbolton this year.

Thanks for yet again, laying on such brilliance.

Kind regards,

Tom

23rd to 25 JuneWynford Farm Park, Aberdeenshire,Timmus Clinic possible
Hi folks (and @Teresa in particular),

I'd be delighted to offer a 'Timmus Clinic' at this event, as I did last year. I've already chatted briefly to @George Hogg about this, and he seems happy about the idea. So, I think we can confirm that I'll be in attendance, and will probably be there for a day or two before/after the event.

2nd to 4th June‘Not Quite the Lakes’, N Lancashire, North WestFamily friendly – Trip to Lakeland Motor Museum, Morecambe Bay and a scenic drives out.
I live on the coast of Morecambe Bay, so this is my 'home' social, and I couldn't possibly miss out. Whilst it's @RZX's gig, I'm happy to help with the logistics on the day, as I know the area/roads like the back of my hand. I shan't be offering a 'Timmus Clinic' on the days of the social itself, as I'd like to partake in the activities, but I'll be available in the days before/after the event for any attendees who'd like a slice of my time.

I attended this social in its first year, when @spike played a major role in its planning, and had a fabulous time. I offered a 'Timmus Clinic' in the barn, which certainly kept me busy. Much to my disappointment, I was not able to attend in its second year, when it coincided with Graham's funeral, as I was in Central Europe at the time.
This year, I depart for Central Europe on the weekend of 19th/20th August, and will be away for the entirety of September, returning to the UK in the first week of October. Of course, A2OC and its scheduling of the social events does not revolve around my mountain hobbies, so I accept that I may miss out again. However, given that the precise timing of this social has not yet been set, I thought I'd let people know my schedule. If the event was to go ahead during any of the first three weekends in August, then I'd be delighted to attend and to offer a 'Timmus Clinic'. As someone who knew Graham personally, I'd obviously like this very much, but I realise and accept that there are many constraints and that things may not work out in my favour.

As always, Teresa, your efforts are much appreciated. The active social scene of A2OC is one of the many things that makes this car club one of the very best.

Cheers,

Tom
