Anyone ever dealt with online tyre retailer "Round Trip Tyres"?

Long story short: I ordered some tyres for the Touran, I ideally need them sooner rather than later as one of the ones on it has a slow puncture caused by a sidewall intrusion - they were basically finished anyway after 30,000 miles with 2mm of tread remaining (Michelin CrossClimate 2s, if you were wondering - excellent tyres).

I found this retailer from the pricing page of the excellent Tyre Reviews website - The website stated delivery was within 1-4 business days. I ordered them on the 26th Nov, come the expected delivery deadline of the 30th, nothing arrived and I've had no communication at all from them since. I have emailed them from my account and also via their website, I've also looked up their company director and messaged him directly on Linkedin - but there's not much more I can do without a telephone number.

I paid with credit card so I know I can get my money back - however I'd rather get the goods I'd ordered! Wondering if anyone has any additional suggestions - or even a contact number for this company?

I've left them a negative Trustpilot review (on top of the last 5 preceding negative reviews - a bad omen in itself, even if they were mostly positive up until a month ago), stating I'd be happy to modify the review if I get a speedy resolution, not sure what else I can do. Thoughts?

The online tyre retailers i tend to use are camskill, black circles and oponeo.
Use camskill the most though.

agreed, I've used Camskill for most of my last few complete tyre sets barring one or two from mytyres (a few years ago). I know a few people who swear by Blackcircles but it really depends on the sizes and brands you prefer, I get mostly Uniroyal Rainsports in various sizes and Camskill have them on promo or at least good standard prices a lot in dimensions that suit an A2. The others were winter / all season and mytyres seem to have a few models from Nexen at decent price points and they've proven good tyres on my extended family's vehicles. For my other winter tyres I've been lucky picking one £120 set of Michelin Alpins up with a few months use from a German Ebay store who buy up one season tyre sets from car-rental companies who have to fit them for the winter to comply with insurance regulations and then resell online in the spring, and another low mileage 15" set including steel rims on gumtree from someone with a VW Polo near Braemar for £50 a couple of years back. 6/7mm of tread depth for the two sets on receipt, which wasn't bad going!

Ordered two van tyres last week from black circles. When I received the receipt I realised I had ordered car tyres as opposed to van tyres…. Black Circles very helpful and changed the order via telephone so was really chuffed albeit the tyres they had changed to cost more however, it is winter so cannot sacrifice cheap tyres against good/better tyres in Scotland.
Hope you get a refund.
On another front, ordered £2400 worth of stock 😱from a new supplier, that was two weeks ago and should have had the order by now😱. Paid this order by credit card…. so have informed supplier that if I do not have part of this order by Wednesday I shall get credit card to start fraud case😳
Still have my main supplier who I pay cash via bank transfer and cannot fault. Only tried new supplier because they had a different range of products I wanted to try. It is always a gamble with people you do not know to which in that case you should always use a credit card👍

Concerning the 2nd hand tyre market in Germany, yes there are a lot of re-selling of ex rental / leasing company tyres & mostly they are in good condition & legally have to be 'tested' before re-sale, but this is only an inflation test to 3 bar & often a very quick visual inspection.
I'm not saying don't buy them, but just be aware that these type of cars tend to be driven in a 'not my car, don't give a hoot' style, with pressures never checked & lots of curbing etc.

Living in Luxembourg, I have also used these type of companies & have also sent some tyres back to them when I concider these to be too defective ( chunks out of the sidewall protector flanges & evidence of low pressure running (inside of tyre shows a witness line around it where prolonged rubber to rubber contact has been made. They always accept the returns (at my cost of course) & send a replacement free of charge, but it is a hassle & would be more so if you are based in the UK.

I agree that normally I wouldn't buy second hand tyres ever ; the supplier was on a recommendation from a trusted contact and on this occasion they were exactly what they said on the tin ; Michelin Alpins, one winter's use from new, loads of tread, good condition without any obvious damage. They get around 2500-3000 miles of use every winter then back to dry storage now. Unfortunately I've just checked and my Ebay purchase list now doesn't go far back enough any more.

Advise your credit card company ASAP. You will get your money back but they may still be able to chargeback.
Yep thanks Phil - I had already directed them to recover the funds on the grounds of breach of contract when I received the email. As this was Amex, they did so without fuss as they always do.
