Back in the saddle!

Hello all. Well after 8 years I have finally got back into an A2 🤩 Some may remember the head on crash that ended my previous ownership, am still grateful for the strength and engineering in these little cars that probably saved me and two of my kids from far worse injury.
So a new chapter begins. Daz - for my kids have already christened the car, and will soon be driven by two of them 🫣😱🫣. Though he needs some/alot of tlc as unbelievably someone else was interested in buying him to break. He looks to be in fairly tidy condition though may have some underlying issues that will likely hurt my bank account. But all will be forgiven, and another A2 stays on the road.
Looking forward to getting reacquainted to those I’ve previously met on here, and hearing from the many new members since I was last active on this forum.

Now where can I get a new A2oc T-shirt?

Dave…

Driving is scary enough after a big bang, so to go back to an A2 is a great vote of confidence in these little cars, which we all love (or at least appreciate!). Saving them is a great thing to do. Then you will buy your second, and it’s all downhill from there!

I have 3 kids. So I’m already thinking one each. Then I’ll need one too…

Dave pointed me in the direction of the A2 when I was looking for my first car… I now have 3 😂
