Can’t log in

Can someone help me please. I want to buy a set of number plate holders but it won’t let me log in.
I must have registered years ago. When I hit the forgot password it tells me that an email has been sent to allow me to reset it but no email arrives. If I try to register it tells me that I already have an account. I can see that I am using the right email address and I have checked my spam folder. I need the plate holders reasonably quickly so I need to checkout them but it won’t let me.

Password different for the club to the normal site. If it is sending to the email the site thinks you registered with then either there is a spelling mistake in the email address or you used an old now redundant email address.

There is a chance that your browser has settings for passwords that you may be able to search through.

Have you tried contacting Ian @Proghound directly to see if he can assist in getting the plates out urgently?

Can your son access the shop for you?

I can see the email address that is registered on the shop account and it is the correct email address, but as you say iit may be using the one on my main club account. I will have a look but I am sure that whatever email address I have used it is not sending it to any of them.

I will have a second look.

Are you sure the shop login is your email address as it could be user name. Remember it will not be the same as the main club login

Think you are going to need an admin to assist if still no luck.

I have tried my username (the one for the shop, not my main one) and still not getting the password reset email.

In fact, for several months now I don’t get notifications of new posts against any post I have used. I used to and I have checked my profile notifications and everything is ticked. So perhaps that is a related issue?
 
I have sorted it. I used one of my other email addresses and reregisteeed in the shop. All done now, thanks for the help👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🤞🏻
 
Weird, but at least now sorted.

Now to add this new login and password onto that bit of paper secreted behind the toilet cistern that contains all your passwords.;)
 
Was told a story about this guy who was fed up with his wife complaining about the en-suite being noisy. So when she was out shopping one day he got a plumber in to replace the toilet. The plumber called him in to see the progress when he handed the guy a bundle of love letters from his wife to someone else that was hidden behind the cistern........

Unsurprisingly she never did see the new toilet but knew the marriage had just disappeared down it.

Steve, I see your order in the Shop. I'm away from my stocks this weekend (as usual) so I'll be able to get the number plate surrounds in the post to you on Tuesday.
