Cheaper Fleebay chips

Hi all
Am looking too get as much performance from car with as little cost as poss!
Have seen plug and go chips from Germany claiming to do this for very little bucks!!
Has anyone fitted one and are they as good as they claim or should i save up for the ECU remap/reprogramme.
Her in doors is getting peeved at what i want too spend so cost cutting is the name of the game

Always gone with if it looks too good then it probably is but if anyone has tried these do they work?

Save your money and have a proper remap mate, These types of things usually consist of simple resistors and the like, fooling the ECU to think engine is cold to get power.

I think John (KJ CARS) has something up his sleave with ref to this topic, he also says you can have a free trial.

Give him a shout and see what he says

Coco sometimes the more you spend on things the more you save, get a proper remap done it will save you in the long run

The device on e-bay is probably a simple resistor system, however I have used DTUK plug n play systems on a SAAB 9-3, Audi A6 and my A2 with success. The DTUK devices are sophisticated products, TUV approved and I just happen to have one for a 3 cyl VAG diesel engine available.......

some people prefer a plug in system so it can be taken off for servicing or when selling teh car and less insurance problems.
