Farewell to my lovely TDi 90

Now that my wife & I are full-time resident in Italy and it’s not practical to import my beloved 54-plate TDi 90 here, it had to go. I’m very pleased it went to a friend of a friend who “got” the car as I showed him round it, despite him not knowing a whole lot about the model’s history.
So my involvement with the club will now end but not before I say thanks so much to everyone who makes the club what it is. A more brilliant bunch of knowledgeable, wise and generous people you couldn’t hope to meet. Thank you all.
I will be pointing young Jack (I’ll let him introduce himself at the right moment for him) to the club so I hope he and the car can continue to benefit from the collective wisdom.
I’d like to think that I could acquire an A2 here but the prices here are crazy for any second hand car. So I think I’ll have to do without for the moment.
Keep the A2 flag flying
All the best,
Mike
