Insurance Quote

As an under-25 full time teacher (1year NCB and 1 small accident 2 years ago), my cheapest was £838... which REDUCED by £100 when I added my nurse girlfriend who has just passed her test! A new female driver is apparently safer than an experienced male...

Yeah Admiral for me as well.

Mine has gone up this year, and the companies I've spoken to have stated it is because the car is aluminium and will likely cost more to repair so they say, and as the car is discontinued parts will be harder to come by

Been with them a few years, every year though the renewal price they send is about double what I paid the previous year.

But go to one of the other companies under the same umbrella (Bell, Elephant, Diamond) being a new customer you get a introductory discount which admiral then match.

A strange one this year though. Elephant had my car down as a TDi rather than an SE (Do they not use the same computer database) this added £24 to the cheaper policy from Elephant.

They also had the cheek to try adding on another £50 to the premium due to someone reversing into my previous car 2 years earlier, a few days before the policy was to take effect (even though I didn't make a claim, but fufilled my legal duty by informing the insurance company that it had happened but wouldn't be making a claim)

20 minutes later on the phone, the supervisor gave in and honoured the first price. So what ever you do don't back down to these bullys:mad:
