Is the PCD on the A2 the same as other VAG small cars?

Some but not all. I believe A1’s switched to 5 x 112 from 5 x 100

As well as the early A1's, Polos are OK, also Fabias, Golfs up to Mk IV, Mk1 TT, A3 8L that I know of ... any others?

You’ve pretty much got a full list there less for the Seat models:

Arona 2017-2020
Cordoba 2002-2010
Ibiza 2002-2020 but engine size dependant, some engine sizes moved to 5x112
Leon 1999-2005
Toledo 1994-2018 but engine dependent, some engine sizes moved to 5x112

Various small Seats - 6L (2002) Ibiza, 2002 generation Leon, 2003 Toledo and following years in both cases.

Early Octavia similar to Golf 4 and MkI TT from memory.

You’ll find with the SEAT and Polo alloys the offset will be too high so they will sit too far into the arches without spacers.
