Thought I'd share quite how much traffic passes our site each day...

I don't know how to assimilate what I'm seeing.

In simple terms, we get 12k different people/bots accessing the site everyday.

And 252k individual requests across those 12k people.

Just curious how these stats work. Does this include traffic generated by searches via Google or other search engines when the user search find matches on the A2oc site, even if the searcher doesnt click on the A2oc link in the results? Or is it only when people actually click on the results and visit the page ?

These stats are only about actual hits on the site. Google will typically index the site using robots. So some of these daily hits will be Google, Bing and other search engines updating their indexes.
