The 'usual' places are best for sourcing a used A2; namely autotrader; eBay and Pistonheads in that order. Some members recommend gumtree as well; although I have noted a fair amount of scam adverts on there. Watch for this on Autotrader too. I'm sure you're aware already, but generally any advert with an email address embedded in an image stating 'phone out of order, contact by email only' - take a huge swerve clear!
A TDi with less than 70k for less than £4500 will be a difficult ask; but not impossible by any means. It depends on how long you want to wait and how far you will travel. On a TDi I wouldnt be too hung up on narrowing your search to low mileage cars. With all A2's at least 7 years old now; you will be more likely to see examples with average mileage for year. If they have been well cared for and with fully documented history; that would be more important to me than the number of miles on the odometer ( although its nice to have a low mileage car - granted!)

Edit: Have you seen this one in the following link? I seem to think I have seen this car on sale before or it was maybe posted on here by another member; the numberplate looks a bit familiar. Either way; its a TDi Sport, 65k miles, Akoya silver which is lovely on the A2 - and well priced too - you can maybe haggle within budget.
Only obvious thing I see wrong with the car is the usual kerb grazing to the alloys; but the pictures aren't that great.

. It seems to be a bitch to find one for under £4500 preferably diesel in black or grey or red lol and with under 70k on the clock. If you guys know of any out of the norm places to look i would very much appreciate it.
