Hi ,I'm new to this forum and was wondering has anyone used Vag-Com on their A2 .I have recently just purchased it for my TT and was wondering what cool things can you do with the A2.

There are things you can do with it, but I haven't discovered how to do most of them yet. I can manipulate central locking and windows and also dashboard lighting, but not discovered much else yet.

Thanks Stuart and Ade,
Ade have you used the codes from the manual or how did you change the central looking and windows etc.
The A2 I have has the Open Sky Roof , so I was wondering if I could close it just like the windows when I hold the central looking button?I'll take it you have set the doors to lock after 10mph ? Is this an easy one to do , the reason I ask is that there doesn't seem to be any manual for the A2 on www.ross-tech.com /www.vag-com.co.uk

That's why it's proving so difficult, BUT, the codes contained within the 'B6' datasheet seem to work so far.

I think we are breaking ground here due to the A2 not being available in the US.

We have set the doors to lock over 10mph. In my A4 it set all doors + boot, in the A2 it did all doors, but NOT the hatchback. I suspect that there is a separate bit to enable in the same code for this, I just need a little time to look into it. We have just had a family bereavement so I haven't done anything further with it just yet.

At the social, everybody's starting code was identical apart from 2 of us who had +1 above everyone else (in the sheet that was the GB Alarm bit). I suspect I need to enable this bit 0 and also bit 4 to see what the 'rear unlocking block via speed' means. I'll get to it soon.
