Sean Connery has to be at the top, possibly along with Pierce Brosnan who has made a very good Bond so far.
Roger Moore never really did it for me as Bond.

What's your opinion?

In order of preference:

Moore
Connery
Brosnan
Dalton
Lazenby

I agree with the Brosnan comment-he's getting better with each film.

Like Rob, I never really got on with Moores films. Also thought Dalton was awful.

Brosnan (taken the top spot with his latest offering, really nails Bond for me based on the books)
Connery
Moore
Lazenby
Dalton

Lazenby is elevated due to the fact that OHMSS is one of my favourites Bond films. I really wish Brosnan had been released from Remington Steele to take it on earlier so we wouldn't have been subjected to Dalton, but to be fair, Dalton had to suffer the Aids bandwagon and Bond had always been a luvverman...

Favourite Bond films are:

OHMSS
Live and Let Die
Goldeneye (primarily for the N64 game I played for months and months!)
