or should i call this "rip-off designs" and why they bother me.

I'm not against car designers being influenced or inspired by other cars but when they COPY other new cars it just looks so sad...

An example of this is there is a Rover car that is trying TOO hard to look like a Jaguar... it just makes the rover look cheap and tacky... Jaguar should sue them! heh heh...

i'll try and find photos of both cars to illustrate my point... ha ha...

Gerard - I agree with you!
To be honest I think that the new Vauxhall Meriva is a complete rip off of the A2, especially having seen one in the flesh yesterday on the motorway.

Those were my initial thoughts as soon as I saw that new Vauxhall. Even the Fiesta, the way they've done the wheel arches...
