Following lengthy debates with my dealer, they now tell me that the original steel plates are no longer available and that all SE models come with plastic ones instead.
These plastic ones are IN ADDITION to the standard cover which hides the wires. How man people have them I wonder? They are missing on my A2, perhaps Audi were hoping no-one would notice!
