Spare Tyres, Bad day, Audi Service

Tuesday 26th November.

Head off for work 7am, M1 busy so take back roads.
Puddles everywhere, one hiding a HUGE pothole.

BANG [30]

2 Flat tyres !!! (No spare, only tyre weld)

Wait 3 hours for Roadside pick up, then taken to Audi in Northampton.
Wait 4 hours while they get 2 tyres delivered.

End the day £232 down.


Soo, no spare tyre didnt matter. Audi service was very good, very nice, friendly and helpful while I waited and only charged £12 for labour to check the suspension, tracking, underneath and road test (45 mins work).

That is a bit of a nightmare scenario you've had there.
Luckily, Audi managed to get 2 tyres within 4 hours. I didn't have quite as much luck on that front.

Don't drink drive! Not only is it socially unaceptable, it also harms A2's.
