WANTED A2 PARTS

I'm looking for front end parts & Airbags etc.

Can anyone HELP!, 2nd hand parts are hard to get hold of.

Not many A2's around to have been crashed and then striped for parts.

I would be especially careful with 2nd hand airbag parts and the associated replacement. If an airbag has deployed then you may need a lot more than the airbag itself (electronic brain etc).

How badly damaged is your A2?

Hi Steve

Its been hit across the front. (from right to left).

Main impact has been taken by the chassis extention legs, leaving the main chassis untouched. If the main chassis was damaged i would have not bought it. The reason being the car is alluminium, and requires special welding equipment to repair and can be costly.

The rad, aircon rad, wings are all ok.

Frontal parts not too expensive, but the airbags are expensive items. Yes, I need passenger, driver, seat pretentioners, airbag module, and top half of dash. Then you got to take it to Audi to reset the airbag light.

I've managed to source some 2nd hand parts, which has relieved some of the wallet pain.
