I'm not sure if this is in the right section but it does involve a repair.

I arrived home at just before 9pm this evening to find that my left front tyre was completely flat (could feel it pulling a lot to the left). As I only had the bottle of tyre repair foam and it was raining heavily, I decided to phone the roadside assistance number.

A pleasant lady called Nicola took my details and said she would phone me back with who would be called out to repair it.

About five minutes later, she phoned back to say the RAC would be calling round within 20 minutes and the engineers name was Leon. Being sceptical about these call out times I took the estimate with a large pinch of salt.

15 minutes later the van arrived and Leon started work on the puncture (very friendly and polite chap). As it was on the main tread, he could repair it quite easily. 25 minutes and he was all done. All done before 10pm,

I just thought I'd write this post and tell you that Audi can still provide excellent customer service when it wants to!:)

Thanks Audi...
