Update on A2 TDI SE.
Have had a think about the price over the weekend, and since I am considering eventually putting it in Auto Trader,(which is a lot of hassle)am pricing it at - Offers around £9500.
This must be quite a lot less than dealer prices.
I live in the Lichfield, Staffs area.
Can be reached on 01543-373108

Hello midwifetwin,
If "CC" means cruise control ( not sure of some of these headings ) i'm afraid it hasn't, but i'm sure it could be retro fitted.

CC usually refers to Climate Control.

Don't drink drive! Not only is it socially unaceptable, it also harms A2's.
Was a 1.4SE petrol. http://www.audi-a2.co.uk/uk14.htm http://www.audi-a2.co.uk/safety.htm
New A2 - Ebony Black, Red Leather, CC, Symphony + all the previous options we had.

Have sold the car to lovely folks, and I hope they get as much pleasure out of the A2 as I did.
I have to say that I WAS sad to see it go, because ( for someone not particularly interested in cars ) I think the A2 a superb piece of engineering. It is beautifully put together, has a superb motor, and is fun to drive. If i'd got pots of money and the room, I would have one just for sake of it.
Some may be wondering why I sold it, well I fancy another Renault Espace 2.2 Dci, mainly for the extra room and a bit more comfort. So if anybody knows of a nice example ( not the Grande ) X-Y- 51 plate, please let me know.Ta.
There's something that's confused me about the differences between the various A2's i've driven over the last 3 years, and that's suspension/ ride quality.
Of all of them, (5) and maybe I imagined it, the best ride quality was with the 1.6 petrol Sport- 17" wheels. The next was the 1.4 Tdi Sport-17" wheels. Both cars were demo's.
The biggest thing I shall miss, is the fantastic fuel consumption.
Regards to everybody, JohnW.
