Lots of A2s in Chippenham

I have just got back from a week in my caravan (eat your heart out Jeremy Clarkson)near Castle Coombe and I surprised at the number of A2s I saw in the district.
Either the residents are discerning motorists, or more money than sense,or a very good dealership in the vicinity.
Which is it?
