Hello,

I'm looking to buy an A2 in the near future and was wondering when the big services are i.e cambelt change and what sort of costs I can expect to face? Can the A2 handle high mileage.

Cheers

and some more on high mileage A2s:

Hope this helps.

Welcome! Give your local dealer a call-they will let you have sample prices. They may require a sample registration number from a particualr A2 (I know that is the way Volvo work) so try and found out from the Audi used car search.

Do a fourm search, it may pop something up! I did read recently someone doing a cambelt and service etc (quiet a high mileage service obviously for the cambelt to need changing) and I think it was neary a grand! But then with VSI if you are only paying for other services every 20k miles it all evens out over the lifetime ownership.
