Andy,

I know Shrewsbury Audi offered that service when I bought mine 3 years ago (when it was Vincents)
However I think they just sub it out to a superchips dealer - like Shropshire Automotive Services in Shrewsbury - I dont think they do it thereselves (I mean Shrewsbury Audi at least)

Although the Dutch situation might be different (and I think it is), Audi in the Netherlands offers chiptuning on any Audi, with guarantee too (when delivered new, I guess)
They 'sub it out' to ABT in Germany.

Mine was done that way. Took a few months (read that elsewhere in the forum), but normally it would take them hardly any time at all.

HTH,

Edo
