Injector cleaner

I use STP injector cleaner and follow the manufacturers instructions. Can anyone tell me if I use the sooper dooper petrol do I still need the injector cleaner gunge, or does the sooper dooper petrol do the same job?

I thought the sooperdooper petrol did the cleaning job. If so why do they still make the STP stuff? Who isn't telling us the truth?

I suspect you could fill up with cheapo petrol and stick some STP in now and again, but with STP at what, £5 a go, surely sooperdooper petrol is the better way to treat your injectors to?

Runboy, well it's 2 for £5 wholesale,each bottle gives 4 treatments, and I use it in the Volvo anyway. If it does the same job I'm probably better off with injector cleaner. The point is do they both do the same job , or does sooper dooper have another magic ingredient?
