I'm looking for a TDI Sport gear Knob, anyone out there changed their standard fit one and looking to sell?

I don't know... the knob is almost spherical with the gear selection plate inset, I'd have thought they were the same.

There is an Aluminum TDI Sport gear knob that can be had from the factory over here for an additional €80, but I imagine it is awfully cold in Winter...

Thanks for the comments, problem solved my dealer's replacing the knob under warranty.

Hope you dont mind me asking, but how are you managing to get the knob changed under warranty. Surely there would have to be something physically wrong with it for replacement.

Sorry for the slow response... The chrome ring around the gate layout badge has peeled off and feels rough and sharp I complained about it and as there are no signs of wear on the leather or the the plastic of the badge they said it would be replaced under warranty, who was I to complain...
