Hi, does anyone know how to access the speakers in the doors at all? i'm eventually looking at changing the speakers but could do with having a look at the back ones as I think they might have blown!

If you have the Chorus radio unit, it's quite likely the rear speakers are not wired up. These were only connected when the optional 40w amp was specified. Check out the recent posts on this subject.

It is actually more likely that they are absent, as was the case in my first A2.

The easiest way to check is to pop one of the lower grilles out (a flat blade does the trick) and see if the cone is there. If it is, then the wiring will normally be present too, but if it isn't, it can be quite tricky feeding the wires through the rubber conduit to the 'B' pillars.
