Underfloor Storage Tray Puzzle

I note in the late 2004 Audi Accessories catalogue they list - with no picture - this item Part ZGB8Z0 061160. It is not the footwell storage box. It says it is flock coated tray which fits into tyre repair system area. Now I know the tyre repair kit fcan fit either under the boot or under the front floormat depending if one has Bose system or not so my question is what is this accesory and where does it go - anyone got a pic?

I have an old Accessory pricelist which shows the same part number but it is described as a Heavy Duty Loadliner. Still no piture but sounds like it protects the the whole boot floor. It does not appear to be listed in the latest catalogue - see link

I have one fitted from new. It is as the photograph and is very useful especially for holding garden rubbish bags etc. It fits under the hinged floor and above the tools and battery. I keep a space saver wheel in there and it doesn't move about at all.
