New A2 vag.com grille - HOW TO ???

Hi all,

In the old forum there were pages on how to fit various items to the A2.

I have recently bought a new slatted grille and was wondering where I could find the best fitting instructions as I dont have a Haynes manual to help.

Your help is much appreciated.

Once you log on, click on forums and scroll down to the fitting guides. There is one listed for the front grille. I've attached the link just in case you have any problems

I was on the VAG parts website the other day and noticed that all the links for the fitting guides were no longer valid. Is that something they need to sort out their end?

I did this on my 2002 FSI, it really is very straightforward. You can get the new bolts from Audi ~ my dealer ordered them and supplied them FOC! even though I'd bought the grille from VAG Parts.

I changed my slatted grill to the smooth shiny old style one. Every one to their own taste :-)

P.S. Kept the old one in case I sell the car, so don't ask ;-)
