Can the FSI be chipped?

Hi, I'm wondering if the FSI engine management can be chipped to give more HP??? If so, what are the results of the chipping?

Last summer AmD Technik (01869 323205) were advertising a Stage 1 Re-Map giving approx 10bhp for £350. I thought about it but never went ahead as I bought the new TDI 90 Sport

Hi Jia
Non turbo cars give only marginal improvements with a re-map so an extra 10bhp is as much as you could expect. If you have not already checked out AMD, follow the attached link
