Small toy A2

:)At last I got a couple of toy A2 cars.
When I was on holiday in Limburg in the south of the Netherlands I was in the shop of the center parcs accomodation where we were staying and there it was I saw 2 different ones one blue and one :)yellow I bought them both as I wanted to send one to Stuart as appreciation for making this club.My son wanted to keep the blue one and I have send the other *(yellow one) to England.
But the next day we went for a day trip to Dusseldorf and there I found another one in a big warehouse called Kaufhof and off course I bought that one to. I made a photo of it and will put it on my own page [8D]

Jeff-you could make a business out of sourcing model A2's for the UK-I have seen very very few of them over here. The only ones I know of are around £20GBP!.

There are 3or 4 different ones sold over here in Germany. I´ll try to bring some of the smaller ones to the Social, if anyone´s interested...(the ones in 1:87 scale are pretty easy to get, just the ones in 1:24 or 1:43 are rare and/or expensive)

I've never seen any as small as the ones that Yoyoman has got.

I've got a 1:43 Minichamps model A2 which is ridiculously detailed and was around £15.00. Also sent one of these to Anton in Slovenia as a competition prize in May 02. See links below.

I´ll try to bring some of the 1:87´s to the social, they are fairly cheap to get over here and reasonably detailed (it´s the size of most model trains), but from the photos, they are quite a bit smaller than the ones from Yoyoman, they should not take up too much space on the trip over.

I bought a 1:43 scale A2 from the Audi.co.uk web site at about £17 (UK).
Limited in the number of colours though.

i have one of those small a2's as well, but they are actually quite big inside. It only cost 15 thousand pounds

Depreciates a lot slower than the real thing.

Build quality probably better too......

And I bet the dealer would mes you around if you took it back when a wheel fell off!.
