water in batterry well

Hi all,

I have just discovered 3cm of water in the battery well?
Stripped out all carpets and trim and done the usual of poring water arounf all external seals but cant find any leak, Anyone any ideas?

This is a well known leak.

It stems from the seals around a vent below the rear light clusters perishing.

The bumper needs to come off and then just renew the seal or re-do it with silicone sealant.
