how do you change the boot light bulb?

HI All

and sorry about the daft posting, but my boot light does not work on my 2001 TDI, and i have removed it, but the bulb looks ever so odd!

Surely this must be a diy able job?

any advise please, and if it is a diy job, where can i get the bulbs from?, as they dont sell them in halfords

I think the bulb is a 'capless' type, often used for number plate and interior light fittings - see link attached. If you'r sure Halforsd don't keep them, your Audi dealer obviously will.
