Door height adjustment

One of my rear doors has dropped by just under a centimetre or so. This means that I have to close the door fairly hard in order for it to close properly.

Is it possible to adjust the height of the door myself or is this a garage job? I've got the service disks but it doesn't seem to explain how this is done!

There is some info on the service discs under door adjustment in the Body section (58) under Rear Doors - joint dimensions and rear door hinges.
It looks like the interior door pillar trim needs to be removed for access to the hinge bolts.

But you also have one big screw in the middle of the hinge bolts. Lossen it will drop the door more down;) so get a second person to hold it, while loosen and adjusting it.
