1.6 FSI Sport valuation?

I am thinking of selling the A2 as it is just not big enough for our new baby and all his equipment!!

I wanted to

a) See if there was any interest from forum members
b) Check that my valuation was not miles out!

The spec is as follows,

52 plate 1.6FSI Sport, approx 25,000 miles, Silver

Options

Opensky roof
Rear electric windows
Front airbag disable switch
Bose stereo system

The next service is not due for another 1 and half years or 10,000 miles.
The alloys have been replaced with replicas due to the originals being buckled.

Overall condition is good, there are a few scuffs on the front and rear bumper but the are very light.

I was thinking of putting it up for around £7,500 to £8,000 let me now if that is a fair price or if anyone is interested pm with your details and I will send you more details and some pics.

sounds fair-ish.
I bought an 03 FSI SE with 19000 on for £7350 and considered that a great price. No opensky or BOSE , but does have CD and climate and rear leccy windows.
The milage on yours is low so your valuation sounds about right.

Not a great time of year to sell a car, had a couple of calls but no one has come to view it yet!!

I am willing to drop the price a little more for a forum member!

It's a nice car, and if this were a few months away we'd be tempted but not at the moment...

Of course, it doesn't have the BOSE, leccy rear windows and airbag switch, but it is newer and has a 12 month warranty... Higher mileage mind.

Sold to a young lad from Manchester, not bad for a first car!! Went for £7,500 which I am very happy with. He didn't even look around it and had to be pushed to go for a test drive!!

Bought it for £8,250 a year ago so £750 depreciation is not bad at all!

Just need to find a nice Honda CR-V to replace it now as the wife and new baby are now without a car!

Let hope there is a CR-V forum as friendly and informative as this one.
