That's cheap - but I presume serviced by a non franchised dealer which may invalidate your warranty if you have any (?).
My father in law did a DIY service on his - I won't mention the expletives when he changed the fuel filter!!!
Petrol or diesel? - normal price is £300+ from Audi

Hi,
I just got a quote from a VW garage with authorised Audi Service centre for a 40000 mile fixed interval service £240 inc parts + £47 for brake fluid change.
It's steep but I think that I will go with it as it's my car's first service with me. The independent dealer I bought it from "serviced" it and gave it front disks and pads at 32000 miles before I bought it but never even reset the service indicator and I had to top up the oil shortly after buying it.
I have read loads of threads about service pricing on the forums, maybe there should there be a dedicated thread for service pricing.
Start here?

That seems like the right price for a VW main agent. that's about what they charged me.Double that for my Audi dealer, it's only a Polo after all.
