Having liased with Steve, the manager of Crawley Audis parts department, here is a list of excess or surplus stock, which he is clearing out, all specifically A2 related.

Thanks for this Mike. Funnily enough, my 1.4 petrol SE is booked into Crawley to have the discs replaced. I'm sure they said parts had to be ordered. Might be able to save somebody the trouble of ordering up a set.

Bit worrying for A2 owners that Audi dealers have that attitude really, it means that when you do want a part it will have to be ordered for you and if my recent experience on my A4 boot solenoid which I believe fits a whole host of the VAG group cars it could take 7-10 working days to obtain from the factory!

Turns out the discs were for the 1.2 Tdi so they would be of no use to me :( . Maybe one of the three (at the last count!) folks in the country lucky enough to own one of those gems may be interested.
