A2 TDI problems..

Hi guys.. wonder if any of you can help sovle a problem..

I have a 51 reg Audi A2 TDI... it has been fine..20k trouble free miles..

but now when under load the turbo boost compleatly cuts out... every time it revs over 3k the boost goes, almost like a limp mode..

Audi Have had it for two days, and cant find the fault... but I find this difficult to belive as it happens every time in 3,4,5th gear when reved over 3k

Any ideas, suggestions?

Have you checked the Mass Airflow Sensor?

Checking the MAF sensor would also be my recommendation. Faults don't always show up in a diagnostic scan which could explain why the dealer found nothing wrong.
The attached link has nothing to do with A2's but shows how to clean a typical MAF. Let us know how you get on
