off side passenger will not unlock

My central locking/unlocking will not unlock my rear offside passenger door and I cannot open the door from inside the car.
Anyone have any idea on how to get the door open.
There does seem to be a second click from inside the door when locking the car and unlocking.

The door lock could be broken.

If you can still open the door with the outer handle then the child lock has probably been activated.
