Hi again

I recently bought a SONY ERICSSON CAR HF BLUETOOTH HCB-700 and want to integrate it with my Symphony II.

I do have a wiring diagram but can someone help me with a good advice regarding speaker connection. I would like to use the original speakers (like I had with my integrated Nokiaphone) and on connector C (pin 3&4) you can read: TEL NF IN (+ and -). The question is if these connectors are low-level connectors? If so, is it possible to use them anyway or should I use line-out directly to the speaker?

To complicate it a little bit more I do have Bose sound system. Would that cause any problem if I have to use the line-out directly?

Edit: Make that connector 4 instead of connector C (confusing diagram).

If you have Bose this must be fitted to Pin 1 and 2 of your Bose amp:

Pin 1: NF + (Telephone/Navigation)
Pin 2: NF - (Telephone/Navigation)

Seems that the bose amp just uses one line for both telephone and navigation. The question if the lines are low power or high power i cannot answer. You can try the following: Hook up a speaker to the SONY ERICSSON CAR HF BLUETOOTH HCB-700. If that works the SONY ERICSSON CAR HF BLUETOOTH HCB-700 has a high power outlet. Then you must be shure of a high power in on your Bose amp. If the volume is really low, your SONY ERICSSON CAR HF BLUETOOTH HCB-700 has a low level output which you can hook up to your BOSE amp without problems.

Greetings,
Maurice

Hi

The Ericsson-kit has a high power outlet, I,m sure of that (as there is a loudpeaker in the package).

Does anybody know if I can damage the amplifiers if I make a try?

Greetings
