Rear spoiler

Had my body kit test fitted today and it will be fitted friday. Just wanted peoples opinions on the rear spoiler wing not sure if i should get it to finish the kit off or not.

I Personally like it and if i had the whole kit i would defo fit the spoiler
i have also seen this fitted to a black A2 and i think it looks great ......

I wonder what effect the bodykit spoiler has on drag and downforce?

Extra rear downforce is the last thing the A2 needs, as it can't reach speeds where the back would be lifting significantly and as it's front-wheel drive, there's no point in pushing the non-drive tyres into the ground.

Less drag would be good though, as long as it still created the low-pressure area that sucks water off the rear screen.

Read some where that the project zwei spoiler increased the top speed by a few mph cant find anything about the perfomance changing for the genuine spoiler tho.

Correct, that's why I'm wondering if there is a similar effect.

Hmmmm, possibly a call to Audi technical.
