52 (2003) plate 1.6 FSI Sport for sale

My A2 will be up for sale in the next couple of weeks, its a 52 plate (Feb 2003 - so very nearly a 03 plate) 1.6 FSI sport, in Ebony Pearl Black, full spec as below:

47k miles (85% of the last 20k has been motorway/dual carriageway driving)
Full Audi service history - Its booked in for its next service on the 5th July, along with the brake fluid change, so this will be all up to date
Mot until Feb 2008, Tax until August 2007
6 disc in-dash multichanger & cassette stereo (symphony II) with 8 speakers (2 in each door)
Open-Sky
Front Fogs
Allround leccy windows & mirrors
17" alloys, unfortunaly all are kerbed, some better then others, pretty much all the damage was done before I bought the car
Sports seats in black cloth, with electric lumbar support for passenger and driver
Climate control
DIS
3 spoke steering wheel
split rear seat (not the bench seat)
Parcel shelf cover
Spare tyre with compressor
False boot floor

In the last 6 months, it's had a coil pack replaced, and also the flasher unit (which i did myself:))

It is in excellent condition, apart from the wheels, which are quite badly kerbed on a couple of them.

The only other problem is the Opensky, which ceased working about 8 months ago, one side does slide, but the other doesn't, I had a quote from Peterborough Audi to repair it, at a cost of just over £1000!! so I've decided to sell as it is, but obviously the price will reflect this!!!

Also I removed the sunblind from the sunroof, but I still have this, shown in the second pic

Bearing in mind the Open-sky repair thats needed, I'm looking for £6500 ono

I am open to a part-ex, but only for a MKII VW golf GTI (8v/16v), must be in excellent/mint condition, with lowish miles, upto a max value of £2000

And if anyone is interested in Pauls car, i have been out in this car last summer and can say that it is a good one! And the opensky was working at that time.

Myself & my wife are looking for another car and either an A-class Merc or an A2 Audi fit the bill.

We dont have a golf (nice) but a black ford ka. Not in suite the same league but for sale none the less.

Would you lower the price to £5500 bearing in mind the sun roof has broken?

Welcome Stuart, good luck with finding an A2 (rather than an A-klasse!). I thought you had typed in £5,500 there but realised it can't have been...oh...it is.

Hey Phantom, thaks for the interest, to be honest I couldn't go to £5500, not at the moment anyway!! I'm basing my price that the Open-sky repair is £1000 at my local Audi garage, and if it was working it would be for sale at £7500, as this is about the going rate for a FSI sport at the moment.

If you are interested, then we may be able to come to a deal, I'm based in peterborough, about 2 and a bit hours from kent.

Yes they are like a tardis! I managed to get a single divan bed (without mattress) and a passenger in mine (with the boot half closed and strapped down) and there is lots of legroom in the back, as the rear footwells are lower than normal.

Ok guys, my car is due to be serviced tomorrow, once this is done, I'll be advertising her on autotrader, pistonheads etc, I'm still looking for £6500 ono, though for a quick sale i'm willing to negoitiate a bit :D
