Oil sensor flashing

Checked under the car to change the sensor in the oil sump. BUT
someone has changed the oil sump:mad: to a sump with no oil sensor hole and taped the wiring together so the brain still thinks it has an oil sensor now the trouble is finding the wiring !!!!!:mad: :confused: :eek:

Cheers for that diagram. Does the oil sensor move on different year engines ???

That diagram is correct for the tdi up to April 2002. The level sensor moved to the front of the engine (next to the crank pulley) from that date
