Having just brought an 75bhp '03 SE at the weekend, and with the wife's blessing :) it's time to unleash a few extra ponnies.

I'm opting for SUPERCHIPS and although I haven't found THAT much info in the forums on them, I had a Golf GT TDI chipped by them and it was awesome, also mobile fitting is a plus. Any additional info would be greatly appreciated.

Also I've just applied for membership, does the 10% SUPERCHIPS discount still apply?

Best,
Andy

Hi Andy, I've Read & heard very conflicting reports of/on S_ _ _ _ _chips! personally I would steer clear and try Stealth + rolling road set up, never seen a bad report on these people, best of luck,( Better the devil you know ) as they say, Alan.

I'm hearing the 'Stealth' camp loud and clear but surely there's someone out there for whom 'Superchips' put a smile on their face...someone....anyone!

Gotta say, judging by my Superchipped GOLF GT TDI experience, I'm ready to sign the cheque.

The 10% membership discount gets my vote to (if this is still applicable?)

Best,
Andy

Yep that's right, xmas has come early for our little A2, just had it 'Superchipped' and, (exactly as was the case when I had my Golf chipped), I'm stoked with the result.

Much smoother throughout the rev range
Pulls very strongly from 2000rpm to the redline
Overtaking is now a pleasure
Would highly recommend the conversion to anyone

It was done by Richard Davies (Wiltshire Superchips) – He's a Mobile franchised supplier covering Wiltshire & Bath and most importantly he honoured the A2OC 10% DISCOUNT which is only supposed to be if you take the car to their HQ in Buckingham. Very knowledgeable guy and can be contacted on 07971 655701 http://www.wiltshire.superchips.co.uk/

See you at Santa Pod ;)

Yikes! I hope the 10% was off a cheaper price than is on that website. I got my A2 set up on a rolling road with 3 runs (different maps) for £150 cheaper!

and yes that was stealth :)
