Agreed, but the Audi rings were also an impressive sight. You did receive some well deserved comments at ADI re: your headlight conversion... remember you had three guys stop and say "...they look like they are out of the factory..."; you can't receive a better compliment than that!!

I think that is a thought shared by all!!

If you watch in the top right hand corner ive just got level with you out of shot the video is actually longer than that but photobucket has cut it in half , the next lap im infront . It definatly made it more interesting havingthe TT and a couple of other cars in the mix and the sound from them other cars was awesome .........TT Next year u and me both LOL !!!!

The S2 badge is staying though.

Good! If there was one A2 most deserving to wear that badge it would be yours. If Audi had gone ahead with making the S version it would have probably been very similar to yours in both looks and performance.

I've got a few that Angie took that show HZL in amongst the pack and one that looks like an overtaking manouvre!

It may be worth contacting Paz at Autometrix - he took some photos of the session and Tank is loud and proud on their Gallery page!

I have had a responce from Autometrix with ref HZL on the parade laps; I am very glad to have this picture but would like some of HaZeL in the track sesson.

Mike if they could be e-mailed would be greatful; would you like a donation or direct to the A2OC.

Some great shots there - can I remind all posters to blank out number plates as Darren has done, unless the owner has given permission to show the details - it's just common courtesy.

It is safe to leave track cars' visible, as all drivers signed a waiver so that Autometrix could publish the full, uncensored photos.

Also, the best place for piccys is the gallery section.

Yes I do Mike, and as promised I was going to email them to those that took part, but at 140 plus megs it isn't feasible...

Next thought was to see if I could link them via 'photobucket' in this thread, but even if it works some moderators are ticking us off for posting too many pics... LOL!! :D

Now Now! I'm not having a go (as you know), but if there's another way, then go for it.

If you want to stick it on a blank cd, I'll pick it up when we have the next social. Turns out I was 2.5 seconds behind the winner, but amazingly, he was over a second infront of everyone else!

It would have been an interesting thread having the videos back to back for comparison, but I agree that copying onto CD is probably the simplest solution.

If you can stick all 3 runs onto the same disc, I'll do a "Fifth Gear" style comparative edit on the slalom runs and post the result to Youtube.
