my oil light as just come on can some one just confirm should i buy castrol edge 5 w30 oil for my 54 plate 1.4tdi (long service) thanks

Whatever brand of oil you choose, if you intend staying with the longlife service regime, look for the VW approval 506.01 or 507.00 on the back of the bottle.

If you visit a dealer, i believe their prices for 1 litre bottles are actually cheaper than at Halfrauds at the moment!..
