Anyone know if these are similar at all to the 1.6 FSI? Really bottom end etc? I only ask as I know the polo and Lupo units produce 125bhp and I know a couple of guys with them at nearer 170 - just wondered if they are at all similar units other than CC?
I only ask because I've been offered one at a good price. (yes I will look at any option to make it faster).

I don't think there is anything. Otherwise this guy would not spent hundreds of hours and 20k money to install a 1,8T with 195hp (up to 240) http://www.a2-freun.de/forum/showthread.php?t=24809

Im sure someone has supercharged the 1.4 engine in a Lupo, which is the same as the A2 i think, which could be interesting.

I'm a regular on CLub lupo - used to have a GTi :D
I thought the A2 1.4 was slightly different? Anyway - need to try to find out how strong the 1.6 FSI is then - compression ration seems rather high which wont help with forced induction.
