Thrumping noise

I've just bought a A2 TDI SE, It's done 310 miles and today it's started making what can only be descibed as a "UM" type thrumping noise intermittently as if you've driven over something, also there's a buzzing noise cooming from the rear speakers on one side which seems to amplify the engine noise, can anyone give me any advice, my local dealer can't look at it until next week and I'm concerned that driving the car may damage it. Apart from that I love it so far, traded in my A3.

I added symphony, parking sensors, isofix, DIS, climate.

I had a bummpo noise when driving over speed bumps when mine was new - it was the bonnet not being pulled down properly. If you think that might be it, try pushing on each back edge of the bonnet byt the windscreen - if there is movement and a noise, then that's probably it. They had the car in for about an hour to set up the latches.
