From my local evening newspaper today.

Taken Out of 'Context' but read on; The A2 was designed by Oxfordshire based reaction engines & would carry 300 passengers at a top speed of almost 4'000 MPH and could be operating within 25 years! Pity it's a Aircraft, might have put my name down for one,(what say all of you???) HA,HA!
Cheers Alan.
PS, they've chosen the best name for it though.

Ive never heard of hypersonic before but it sounds fast

...300 passengers at a top speed of almost 4'000 MPH...

Is there information on fuel consumption - would it qualify for £35 a year road tax? I guess it will have more than an 8.5 Gallon tank.:D
