Hello,

When I bought my 1.6 FSi second hand, it didn't come with a compressor, the tyre repair stuff or a spare (collapsable or otherwise). The place I bought from supplied a compressor and a can of the Holt repair kit, but I don't know how much good this would be on the 17" 205/40 tyres on the car... especially if it were a complete blow out.
Can anyone advise what size spare/ space saver i should look for?

I take it that this doesn't fit neatly into the boot, as the hidden compartment seems full with "tools" etc..

Thanks

I have not used the goo thing, repair kit. I think it has a limited shelf life as well.

I have a non A2 specific space saver spare wheel that fits below the false floor. Without the mounting bracket it slides around so I tie it against the cargo net hooks. Size is 115x70x15.

I bought the specific space saver and also the bracket to hold it down.
I would like to think the bracket that goes over the battery would hold any wheel down as long as it can be reached by the securing knob that attaches to it
