My Audi Supplied emer. aerosol kit for a puncture has expired and I'm curious to know if anybody has used a more off the shelf brand and more so if they work! The official replacement I believe is in the range of £30+ which seems the usual inflated price.
I know a space saver would be more ideal but that has to be on the back burner for now.
Any constructive advice would be most appreciated.

Hi Roy
I have not seen any cans of tyre sealant which would be a direct replacement of the Audi product as most aftermarket cans are pressurised and supposed to seal and inflate the tyre in one go.
This would probably be an overkill as you already have the Audi compressor but Conti are launching an all-in-one kit which had excellent reviews by Auto-Bilt magazine

I carry a full size spare anyway but if my wife used the car I'd be tempted to get a Conti kit as it looks very easy and clean to use since the compressor pumps the goo into the tyre

Thanks Spike
This looks interesting (out of stock for now!) and I will be following up.
