Speak to the host. You found the same thing with my site the other night - remember? I spoke with the host (you know who) and they mailed me today and advised they are shifting my domain onto a new server to resolve the issues. Needs a Nameserver change, however should resolve the issue.
Firstly should keep an eye on your site, however if it persists, then you may need to contact them
