Creaky interior

I have a creaky dashboard & its a pain in the ass[V] What can I do to stop this. I have had the car 5 weeks (bought second had X reg) can anynoe help?

Well....you could take it to Audi garage and ask to have it fixed, but they might introduce a whole load more when they refit the dash, or you can live with it. It's a risky business messin' with the rattles....

Try a dab of WD40 on the tip of a cotton wool bud and rub around joints, panels etc. May work, may not!. Garages use silicone spray so I presume WD40 would be just as good.

I had this problem on my Sierra, a squirt of WD 40 cured it until it dried out in the hot weather, it is an instant cure when you identify the correct area

hollyrescue-I agree, it does tend to wear off. maybe that's why the dealers use silicone spray. Smell a bit nicer too, but that's personal taste!.
